At Globe2Cart, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return or refund.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Items returned without original packaging or tags

  • Products reported after 48 hours of delivery

  • Clearance or sale items (unless damaged or incorrect)


Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at trivedichaitanya85@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Include your order number, product images, and reason for return

  3. Once approved, return instructions will be shared

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days (depending on your bank/payment provider)

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error was from our side


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or incorrect items

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • Replacement products will be shipped after verification


International Orders

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error

  • Globe2Cart is not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours

  • Share clear images or videos of the product and packaging

  • We will offer a replacement or refund after verification


Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted
